End of Life Insights is proud to offer professional development courses for end of life professionals. Funeral Directors, Nurses and other members of the medical field, Attorneys, Financial Planners, and even CPA's have all received continuing education credit through our courses. Many professionals have also taken our courses for their own professional enhancement, unattached to any professional license or certification maintenance.
As laws and professional requirements vary from state to state we encourage you to contact us to confirm you will receive credit for the courses you complete through End of Life Insights.
We will only ask for the personal and professional information that is required, in order to assist you in obtaining professional credits for our educational offerings. We will only share this information with your state's professional organization charged with granting credit for your courses (for example, the Academy for Professional Funeral Service Practice, etc.).
You may preview a course prior to registration, however you must be logged in to do so. Click here to create your free Professional Development 'Preview' Account.
Since payment for a course is collected upon the first day of "class," you will determine how quickly you would like to work through the course(s) curriculum. Keep in mind, however, that your state agency or professional board may have a specific timeframe in which your coursework must be completed (for example, some professionals are required to have all professional development courses completed by the end of the calendar year).

Here is a step by step guide to successfully completing your End of Life Insights Professional Devleopment courses:
1. First, register for your courses for free, by clicking here.
2. If paying by check, once it has cleared, we will notify you by email that you can begin the course at your convenience. Courses are based on 1 contact hour (each contact hour is awarded to one professional development credit). This per-hour rating system means that a 1 contact hour course should take you approximately 1 hour to complete. Each contact hour is $50.
3. Each course may have any, or all, of the following elements:
a. A printable PDF file allowing you to print a hardcopy of the content for review.
b. A PowerPoint Presentation allowing you to view the material in a presentation-style format.
c. Supplemental audio commentary or video, to further enhance the PDF and/or PowerPoint Presentation.
d. Opportunities to connect with your fellow classmates via an Online Discussion Board.
4. Once you are comfortable with the curriculum you may take the multiple choice and true/false exam. Your exam will be graded upon submission and you will receive your results immediately. A passing score is 70% or greater. On the off chance you do not pass the exam the first time, you may take it a second time at no additional charge.

5.Upon successful completion of the course, you will be able to print your certificate.
